First Colony location, staff was extremely professional, kind, patient and helpful. They understood I had a budget and was in a bind because I had run-flat tires, which I did not know, and I could not afford to replace. They helped me work out a plan and found good tires as replacements. They went out of their way several times, including when the warehouse sent the wrong tire at one point. Clean, comfortable waiting area. Good people, honest. Highly recommend.

I am formally retracting my previous recommendation. My experience has shifted from initial trust to the realization that this business is not operating with integrity. Despite scheduling a one-on-one appointment with David for June 30th to address unresolved mechanical issues, I arrived to find he was no longer there. Management informed me that David has quit and moved out of Texas, yet he knowingly scheduled this appointment with me only days prior. When I pushed for answers, the shop claimed they could not access previous documentation of my complaints or the work performed because they are allegedly changing their computer system and rebranding the business Name on August 1st. Being told that my records are unavailable while the company prepares to change its name and ownership structure feels like a calculated attempt to avoid accountability. My mother has had her Camry serviced and repaired at FT&A Sugar Land since she relocated here eight years ago. The Team has been great- shout out to Harvey~ all friendly, courteous and professional. They go above and beyond. It's nice to have a first rate shop in your neighborhood. Finding a good team of mechanics is like finding a doctor you can trust.

Amazing service fixed my flat tire and put it on for free. I was ready and willing to pay, but they told me no worries. Super honest, fast, and helpful. That kind of service means a lot these days. You’ve got a loyal customer for life now, for all my cars, Highly recommend! The reviews don’t lie.

This was my first time visiting First Tire & Automotive, and I was truly impressed. I was pressed for time and needed my brakes done before hitting the road for my son’s baseball tournament, and they took care of me quickly and made me a priority. The team is the real deal—professional, efficient, and providing excellent customer service from start to finish.
